Refund & Cancellation

1. Advance payments
The 25% advance paid for Website, E-Commerce, or Mobile App packages reserves capacity and covers discovery, setup, and initial delivery work. Advances are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
2. EMI balance
Remaining project balances payable as EMIs become due as milestones progress. Unpaid EMI instalments may pause delivery until cleared. Cancellation mid-project does not automatically waive amounts already due for completed work.
3. AMC
Annual Maintenance Cost is charged 100% upfront for the maintenance term. AMC fees are non-refundable once the maintenance period has started, unless PIXML fails to provide the contracted maintenance services after a reasonable cure period.
4. Failed or duplicate charges
If a payment fails at CCAvenue, no service fee is collected. Duplicate successful charges caused by a technical error will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
5. How to request a review
Email hello@pixml.in with your order/transaction reference, payment date, and reason. We respond within 5–7 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
